Big Man Run VIII "The Return"

The anticipation of the Big Man Run returning to Khoury's State Spa in East Somerville, Massachusetts has only been eclipsed by the hopeful return of the stolen paintings from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in 1990.

The Big Man Run VIII "The Return" will take place on July 26, 2003 - 4:19 P.M. starting and ending at Khoury's State Spa in East Somerville, Massachusetts.

This unique all-men running event is a 4.8 mile road race that includes many of the different square's and pub's that make Somerville itself unique and will include men of all age, size and girth from 22 states around the country. There is an all-women volunteer corp that is made up of runners wives, girlfriends, daughters and those who just want to be involved with all receiving a "SIZE MATTERS" yeah baby! - tee shirt as a gift.

The Big Man Run VIII "The Return" has achieved it's own self imposed 200 participant limit as of June 30, 2003. The 2003 "Official Sponsors" are Khoury's State Spa, Powderhouse Pub, The Burren &Tir na nog.
