Ya-hoo! Here's the final - and closest in the 9-year-history of the Pub Series-standings. Keiron Tumbleton started out with the proverbial "Thousand Points of Light" but had all but one bulb snatched by ferocious Mike Slinskey of Wappinger Falls, NY. Hey, a 'W' is a 'W' is a 'W' and while many veered off the wagon, Keiron stayed the course. Congrats.

The big winner here is Chris Smith, overall 6th placer but Numero Uno among Masters as Keiron, Our guy Bobby Bligh, 2005 Pub champion Jason Cakouros and 3-time champ Paul Hammond stay in the Open division.

Senior champ Dave Wessman repeated (despite bypassing the Common Fence Point exit in Race No. 5) as did Dave Pember among Veterans, while Bob Hillman wears silver this year courtesy of croquet master Jim McLaughlin of Rye, NH.

There were a record breaking 1,340 entrants at Paddy's with an overflow crowd in Karl's VIP Alley. Mark Your Calendars - Award night at Doyle's (open to everyone who completed at least 5 races) is going to be the first Thursday evening in December (the 7th). More on that later...
