The
Empire State Building will celebrate the 39th Annual Empire State Building Run-Up Presented by Marmot on
Wednesday, February 3, 2016 by shining its world-famous tower lights in
red and white, the colors of the race’s presenting sponsor, Marmot.
The 2016 Empire
State Building Run-Up Presented by Marmot will feature approximately 200
participants from around the world racing up 86 floors and 1,576 steps
from the lobby to the iconic 86th Floor
Observatory. The field includes defending champion Suzy Walsham of Singapore, who will be competing for a record seventh title.
