Bridge of Gravel, Colossus of Crittenden – Pub Series Race No. 3

We’ll eschew the usual verbosity as we’re a tad late getting to the Bridge of Flowers. After the action packed weekend we were in full throttle deadline to ge the Sept/Oct issue out the door – which happened Friday an then we had our BHZ 5K race on Sunday, the 4th stop on the Malt & Hops Tour, so we’ll be getting to that and posting it shortly. S0 here we go:

2012 Pub Series champion Jacob Barnett who we’d lost track of, though he looked awful familiar post-race in the Floodwater Brewery. Turns out Jacob went off the grid moving to Whately in Western Mass many moons ago. Ironically, Jacob placed one spot ahead of current Series leader Patrick Bugbee.
