The 9th annual J. Barry Dwyer Red Devil Turkey Trot is held every year in honor of the late J. Barry Dwyer, one of the most prolific coaches to ever coach at Chelsea High School. Proceeds benefit both the J. Barry Dwyer Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Chelsea High School cross country, track and field teams.

The race consists of both a kid’s 400 meter run and a 5k. The USATF-certified 5k course starts and finishes at Chelsea High School and takes runners through the streets of Chelsea. Chip timing is provided by Yankee Timing, and there will be awards for both top three and overall finishers. Post-race party will be held at Chelsea Station- all registered 5k finishers over 21 get their first drink free!
