The third annual New Milford River Run 5K, a New Milford RiverFest
event, will take participants along a USATF-certified course
(CT18028JHP) following the Housatonic River on Young’s Field Road to
Boardman Road and back Sept. 30. The course has minimal turns and little
elevation change. Benefits the Ostomy Foundation.

Kids’ Superhero Sprint

Children 10 and under are invited to run/walk a short course that will
wind them around part of Young’s Field and to the 5K finish line.
